EPOS ERIC

The European Plate Observing System – European Research Infrastructure Consortium (EPOS ERIC) opened a public tender to select a specialised economic operator for external auditing services. This tender procedure is conducted in accordance with the EPOS ERIC Procurement Rules and adheres to the principles of transparency, adequate publicity, non-discrimination, equal treatment, mutual recognition, and proportionality.

All qualified operators interested in participating in the tender must send their bid no later than 8:00 p.m. on September 30th, 2025 via registered courier to EPOS ERIC – Via di Vigna Murata 605 – 00143 Rome. The envelope should be sealed and signed across the flaps, and it must clearly display the name of the bidder along with the following note on the outside: "Call for Tender – External Auditing Services."

Please read carefully the Call for Tender and all the annexes below to learn more about the eligibility criteria, participation and selection procedures, and the detailed technical specification of the required service.

The estimated value of the service is €45,000.00 (forty-five thousand/00). For economic operators with an Italian fiscal position, the transaction is exempt from VAT under Article 72, paragraph 1, letter f) of DPR 633/72, as it is performed on behalf of EPOS ERIC, an international organisation.
