EPOS ERIC has launched Call for Tender n° 01/2026 – Communication Support Activities, aimed at reinforcing its communication capacity in support of key institutional priorities in 2026.
The selected consultant or company will provide services in two main areas:
1. Support to the EPOS Summer School 2026
The contractor will contribute to the scientific organisation and communication of the EPOS Summer School (28 June – 4 July 2026). Activities will include:
Supporting programme committee meetings and defining the event agenda
Identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders and participants
Implementing a multi-channel communication campaign
Establishing a micro-credential system, such as European Digital Credentials for Learning (EDCs), to certify competences acquired by participants
2. Website Content Editing and Optimisation
In the context of the migration to the new EPOS institutional website, the selected provider will:
Draft web content based on input from the EPOS Communication Unit and relevant partners
Review and adapt existing website content to enhance clarity, usability and consistency
Optimise content for online readability and search engine and AI discoverability
Contract Details
Maximum budget: EUR 25,000 (VAT exempt)
Duration: 8 months, starting in March 2026
Submission deadline: 10 March 2026, 17:00 CET
Award criteria: Best value for money (Technical: 70%; Economic: 30%)
Participation is open to professional communication consultants or companies meeting the eligibility requirements outlined in the call. EPOS ERIC particularly welcomes applications from providers with demonstrated experience in science communication, institutional communication and marketing.
