EPOS ERIC is pleased to announce the publication of a Call for Tender No. 4/2025 for External Auditing Services covering the financial years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
As a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), EPOS ERIC is committed to upholding the highest standards of transparency and accountability. To that end, we are seeking a qualified, independent service provider to audit the organisation’s annual Financial Statements, certify cost effectiveness related to research personnel, and support compliance with applicable financial regulations.
The contract includes:
- Auditing of EPOS ERIC’s Financial Statements for 2025–2027
- Certification of the appropriateness of costs related to research personnel
- Compliance verification under the Italian D.lgs n. 446/1997 for IRAP tax purposes
- A total estimated value of EUR 45,000 (EUR 15,000 per year)
Interested parties must demonstrate proven experience in auditing research infrastructures, meet the required technical and financial capacities, and adhere to international auditing standards (ISA, ISA Italia).
