EPOS ERIC has launched a Call for Expression of Interest to identify qualified operators interested in participating in a subsequent selection procedure for the provision of its Listening Desk service.
The Listening Desk is designed to provide an impartial, safe and confidential channel for listening to and managing reports concerning potential misconduct, interpersonal conflicts, or behaviours that may affect the dignity, safety or professional experience of people involved in EPOS ERIC activities. The service forms part of EPOS ERIC’s commitment to the principles and guidelines set out in its Code of Conduct.
Through this Expression of Interest, EPOS ERIC is seeking consultancy firms, professional practices and specialised operators with proven experience in areas such as organisational ethics and compliance, reporting and safeguarding, employment law and organisational relations, workplace conflict management and prevention, data protection and confidentiality, including GDPR, and consultancy for complex or international organisations.
Given the nature of the service and the importance of a solid understanding of Italian employment legislation and professional relations, preference will be given to operators based in Italy or established in Italy, with an excellent command of written and spoken English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
The indicative budget for the service is €23,000 for a two-year mandate. The implementation of an IT reporting channel is not part of the requested service.
How to express interest
Interested operators are invited to submit a brief presentation of their organisation, highlighting relevant experience and expertise and providing the contact details of a representative for any subsequent communication.

This Expression of Interest is exploratory in nature and does not constitute a tender procedure or create any obligation for EPOS ERIC to award the service. EPOS ERIC may subsequently invite operators considered suitable to participate in a selection procedure, where the scope, requirements, participation arrangements and evaluation criteria will be defined in detail.
