EPOS ERIC has opened a tender to select a single operator to manage event logistical, organisation and operational services connected to its institutional activities and to the EPOS ON project. The Framework Agreement will cover the period from June 1, 2024, to December 31, 2027.
Interested operators must submit a technical and financial offer via email to administration@epos-eric.eu with the subject line "Framework Agreement for Event Organization" by April 20, 2024, at 13:00 CEST, taking care to comply with all the requirements outlined in the tender document.
The tender will be awarded based on the economically most advantageous offer. The evaluation process will consider technical and professional abilities, including previous experience and expertise, as well as the price offered.
