EPOS ERIC is looking for 1 EPOS ICS Monitoring Specialist to become part of our team in Rome.
Main job responsibilities focus on providing support to the monitoring of the EPOS e-infrastructure, contribute to service reliability, availability, and observability, and collaborate closely with technical teams across the EPOS community. The role also includes supporting reporting and documentation activities and assisting in incident and problem management processes.
Mandatory qualifications and professional experience required for this position are:
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines; alternatively, at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position or operational environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English. (minimum level B2/C1 or equivalent).
