First Report on sustainability of data provision and preservation
This report will contain the initial output of the data provision landscape analysis, based on interaction with a subset of countries, service providers for TCS and data providers, to cover different national contexts and representative data types. This report will identify weaknesses, if any, of the methodology applied, to efficiently manage the landscape analysis across all countries, service providers and relevant data providers.
Strategy for engagement across solid Earth research infrastructures on a global scale
This report will contain coherent strategy-led approach to strengthening existing connections and building new partnerships with other relevant solid Earth RIs and related international initiatives.
Plan for service testing, harmonization and use of e-Infrastructures
As new communities join EPOS, we need first to provide them a clear process to facilitate their integration, and secondly providing a list of linked e-Infrastructure to match their requirements. The plan will provide the roadmap for the work to be done and the plan for evaluation in D4.2.
First report on KPIs and risks monitoring to internal boards
Monitoring of KPIs and risks associated to the work plan and mitigation measures.
Dissemination and communication strategy
This deliverable defines and describes the dissemination and communication strategy of EPOS SP.
Mechanisms and procedures for integration of new thematic communities and for wider TNA
Integration of new thematic communities and TNAs should be conducted according to clear guidelines to allow sustainability in a long term plan. The mechanisms and procedures will be developed based on experience from former EPOS developments but will also reflect requirements collected from new communities.
Management and quality control plan
Plan for management and quality control procedures to ensure that a standard quality level is kept in the different activities (management related issues, preparation and submission of deliverables, reporting procedures, KPIs, internal communication).
First Report on EPOS-Private Sector interaction
Initial strategy for EPOS-Private Sector interaction defined. Developing an initial strategy for EPOS-Private Sector interaction with inventory of the actual potential of EPOS TCS for the users, suppliers and partners from industry and SMEs (input for task 5.3.1).
Landscape analysis guidelines
This report will give the methodology to be used in the interaction with national organisations and consortia including identifying the variety of national situations to be addressed
Report on identification of critical issues for sustainability
This report will build on input from WP2-7, and provide a prioritised list and in-depth analysis of critical issues for EPOS sustainability. The report will address the whole of the EPOS delivery framework and data provision. Urgent actions to carry out will be identified and reported to the EPOS ERIC Executive Board.
Plan for the engagement of Space Agencies and international initiatives in EPOS
Overview of the international initiatives operating to enhance the exploitation of satellite data in the Solid Earth Science and geohazards sectors. Cooperation plan between the Space Agencies and the EPOS TCS Satellite Data.
First report on ethical implications of EPOS Services to Society
Guidelines and recommendations addressing ethical aspects in the provisioning of EPOS services to society, improving awareness of these aspects, and their impact on EPOS sustainability.
First Report on the outcome and impact of the training workshops, targeted events and disseminating activities
Outcome of the 1st training workshop as well as the regional event focusing on Adriatic-Balkans-Dinarides region will be documented and summarized into a complete document including an impact analysis.
Overview of the legal regulations for EPOS-Private Sector collaboration
Overview of possible legal and organisational regulations for EPOS/industry interactions including mechanism for innovation implementation. Preliminary overview the all regulations that could apply to EPOS interactions with EU private sector.
Strategy for EPOS engagement with relevant European thematic initiatives
This report will contain coherent strategy-led approach to strengthening existing connections and building new partnerships with relevant European thematic initiatives.
