WP7 - Architecture and implementation plan

The Preparatory Phase aims at bringing the project to the level of legal maturity required to implement the EPOS construction. The WP will integrate the main outcomes from WP2, WP3 and WP4 following the strategic EPOS roadmap envisioned in WP5 and according to the technical work done in WP6 in order to design a coherent architecture and to establish an effective implementation plan guaranteeing long term sustainability for the infrastructure and the associated services.

All partners contribute to this work package under the leadership of INGV. The EPOS Development Board will operate to monitor and support the achievement of a robust implementation plan that will allow the construction of an effective architecture for the EPOS legal entity. The EPOS Development Board represents the subject entitled for this integration.
