WP4 - Financial Plan

The WP provides the financial basis and arrangements necessary for the construction and operation phase of EPOS by defining a sustainable funding scheme for the infrastructure and its associated services.

All partners contribute to the work package under the leadership of CNRS who will call on specialist consultants for Task 4.2. Being closely linked to WP8, Task 4.5 will be led by ORFEUS.

Objectives

To analyse the current financial landscape
To provide a detailed analysis of the infrastructure construction expenditures in terms of maintenance, operation and implementation costs
To obtain financial arrangements for operation and construction
To develop finance engineering
To include EPOS in other public funding schemes
To involve private investors and sponsors
