WP1 - Preparatory Phase Management
This work package will provide effective management of the project during the preparatory phase in order to facilitate the interactions among partners and to guarantee that each WP’s activity, task and deliverable will progress smoothly toward the final goal of building the research infrastructure (RI).
INGV coordinates the project, chair the Project Development Board and establish the Project Management Office (PMO), which will be constituted at INGV.
