EPOS PP Project Management Office
The EPOS Preparatory Phase Project Management Office headquarters are located at the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV). The EPOS Management Office is a flexyble and cooperative group that shares duties, resposibilities and opportunities among its members in order to maximise the managerial efficiency as well as personal engagement and constant training.
The Office is organized as follows:
Project Coordinator: Massimo Cocco
Scientific Committee: Massimo Cocco, Giovanni Macedonio, Alberto Michelini
They coordinate the scientific contributions and the technological actvites of the project as well as the INGV scientific team
Project Management: Alessandro Bartoloni, Sofia Mariano
They are responsible of the relationship with the European Commission and with EPOS Partners, Associate Partners and Candidates.
Legal Office: Agata Sangianantoni
She is responsible of the legal aspects of the project both in the management of the Preparatory Phase and in the definition of the EPOS legal status (WP2)
ICT office: Daniele Bailo, Luca Postpischl
They are in charge of Web developments and mantainance as well as ICT monitoring for managerial purposes.
Communication Office: Silvia Filosa, Silvia Nardi
They provide support for scientific and technical activities, including the collation and dissemination of information, the delivery of outreach activities, the promotion/publication of newsletters, brochures and/or related materials, the planning and organization of meetings and events.
Administrative Secretatiat: Michela Pisegna, Viviana Vacchi
They will be in charge of the administration of the project.
The EPOS Management Office is supported by Barbara Angioni and Francesca Di Laura from the INGV Graphic Lab and several informal contributions from INGV researcher and employees (click here for further details)
